Organised by Alison provides professional home-organising and decluttering services in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
- All services are provided by prior agreement and quotation.
- Service availability depends on your location and booking schedule.
- We may decline services if safety, health, or suitability concerns arise.
- Service fees are confirmed before work begins.
- A deposit will be required before we begin work.
- Payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept card payments, bank transfer, cash.
- At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee.
- The client is responsible for being present during agreed service times.
- The client must make final decisions on items to keep, donate, or discard.
- We cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the client regarding personal possessions.
- We take care when handling belongings but accept no liability for accidental loss or damage unless caused by negligence.
- Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
